Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AST Financial Inc. in the Tri-State area. The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role, with a strong focus on organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including mail handling, document filing, supply management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the Accounting team by printing payroll checks, scanning bank statements, tracking clients' expenses using QuickBooks desktop and Excel.
  • Assist the tax team by maintaining client databases and files, as well as assembling tax returns.
  • Meet and greet clients, answer phone calls, and transfer them to the relevant contact.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
