Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Oversee the office operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, managing supplies, and ensuring the office is clean and organized.
  • Accounting Support: Support the Accounting team with tasks such as printing payroll checks, scanning bank and credit card statements, tracking clients' cash expenses (Basic QuickBooks desktop and Excel).
  • Tax Support: Support tax team with maintaining clients' tax databases and files and assisting in assembly of tax returns.
  • Customer Service: Meet and greet walk-in clients and take phone calls from clients, transferring calls to the company's point of contact.
  • Policy Development: Help develop and implement office policies and procedures, including coordinating event planning, enforcing housekeeping policies, addressing security issues, etc. to ensure office operation is running efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Extreme attention to detail.
  • Administrative Experience: A year + experience in an administrative role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Languages: Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
