About the Role
This position offers a challenging and rewarding experience as a Nurse Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a team of Personal Health Advocates (RNs) Clinical Associates, ensuring seamless service delivery during specific shifts. Your key responsibilities will include administrative oversight, performance management, and leadership within the call center.
Key aspects of the role include:
• Ensuring Call Center Metrics are met or exceeded
• Coordinating the clinical team for assigned shifts
• Providing organization and direction for intake calls and phone queue assignments
• Leading effective teamwork and promoting a positive work environment
• Overseeing staff for assigned cases and providing guidance as needed
• Resolving complex issues through problem-solving and collaboration with internal departments
• Taking responsibility for a comprehensive case management portfolio
• Managing queues and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Offering clinical consultation and support to internal departments as required
The ideal candidate will have prior relevant call center experience, an active and unrestricted State or Multi-State RN license, and a minimum of five years' experience in clinical and/or medical management. Strong leadership skills, telephone triage expertise, and case management experience are highly valued. The successful candidate will also possess a deep understanding of health benefit plans, insurance industry practices, and physician office procedures.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on location and experience. This figure reflects the median compensation for similar roles in the United States, taking into account factors such as cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards.
