Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Operations Department. As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to executives and other studio leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while performing daily administrative tasks, including data-entry, mailing, and organization of files and storage.
  • Coordinate department errands, such as supplies procurement and facility maintenance.
  • Manage office inventory, cleaning, and kitchen supplies.
  • Research, order, and maintain swag for facility visitors, employee recognition, anniversaries, and holidays.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate employee communications, events, and rewards.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, setup, teardown, and related needs.
  • Support coordination and communication with external partners, including contractors and service providers.
  • Assist with corporate travel arrangements and general administrative functions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization.
  • Reliable transportation and satisfactory proof of active insurance coverage.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
