We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our expansion into the US market. As a Senior Global Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.

Job Summary:

This role requires a skilled sales leader with a deep understanding of the real estate and financial markets. You will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our presence in the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Lead the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiations and deal closures.
  • Leverage CRM tools to optimize sales performance and maintain accurate records.
  • Create compelling presentations and product demonstrations that resonate with clients.
  • Negotiate pricing opportunities and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales leadership within real estate, financial markets, or enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in securing major accounts in the US market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches.
  • Results-driven attitude, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for real estate and environmental issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.

Compensation Package:

An attractive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience, reflects our commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.
