The Role
We're looking for an experienced US Sales Leader to help drive our expansion into the American market. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing our sales pipeline, and closing deals with top-tier clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage our sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
- Closing deals with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses (300-8,000 employees)
- Partner with our CEO and CCO on GTM strategy and ideal customer profile expansion
- Become the best person in the company at explaining and pitching our product
- Build relationships across product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Represent us at ambassadorial events and manage senior relationships in the region
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience succeeding in commercial GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies
- Several years as a high-performing quota carrier
- Exceptional performance track record in academia, work, sport, or sales teams
- Good commercial intuition and ability to build rapport with people
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal, written, and presenting
