Overview
New York Life Insurance Co seeks a skilled Corporate Vice President, Latino Market Development Lead to join our team. This key role is responsible for driving growth and expansion within the Latino market segments.

In this leadership position, you will develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead a national team of professionals to drive business growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and financial management principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a production environment, with experience leading complex organizations and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market development plans to drive growth in the Latino market segment.
  • Lead a national team of professionals to execute business plans and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements
A successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, along with a proven track record of sales leadership and business growth. Relevant licenses, such as Series 6 and 63, are required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $137,500 - $200,000, with overtime eligibility, discretionary bonus potential, and an annual performance-based review. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
