**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, write, and edit comprehensive content for the People Centers Knowledge Base articles within ServiceNow.
  • Prepare detailed documentation to transfer technical information about HR concepts, policies, and procedures to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with HR managers and specialists to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Translate complex HR policies into clear, easy-to-read documents that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Write user-friendly content that turns insights into language that sets our users up for success.
  • Identify, review, and organize existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Create easy-to-understand user interface texts, articles, online help, and training guides.
  • Ensure information is presented in a way that is accessible to diverse audiences.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical writing of HR-related documents.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Several years of ServiceNow experience preferred.
  • Experience writing clear and concise text, articles, reports, process guides, or other document types for various audiences.
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive, establish priorities, and work independently or in teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
