Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver project tasks of medium to high complexity on schedule and to the required quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of module-level design and non-functional requirements for embedded projects.
- Optimize systems constrained by memory and/or MIPS.
- Develop control algorithms, engage in functional modeling and simulation, and perform mathematical analysis.
- Utilize technical expertise to secure additional projects through ongoing and pilot initiatives.
- Create project profiles for knowledge management and support marketing efforts.
- Plan and estimate work for individual modules, setting deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in capturing and documenting module-level requirements from an embedded perspective.
- Experience in driving system-level detailed design and executing HIL tests.
- Proven ability in control algorithm development.

Contribution to Competency Development:
- Identify and communicate upcoming competency needs for projects.
- Drive competency improvement at the project level and conduct training sessions.

Thought Leadership:
- Generate value through the development of reusable components.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create technology content.
- Engage in patent development, international publications, and conference presentations.

Business Growth:
- Provide effort estimation for modules from an embedded perspective.
- Support capacity building and participate in technical proposals.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure code quality at the project level and comply with quality management systems.

Customer Satisfaction:
- Directly responsible for customer satisfaction regarding technical execution and project success.

Financial Management:
- Ensure billability and guide the team in completing assigned tasks.

Education:
- B.E/B.Tech/BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
