Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver project tasks of medium to high complexity on time and within quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of module-level design and non-functional requirements for embedded projects.
- Optimize systems within memory and MIPS constraints.
- Develop control algorithms, perform functional modeling and simulation, and conduct mathematical analysis.
- Utilize technical expertise to secure additional projects through ongoing and pilot initiatives.
- Create project collateral to support marketing efforts.
- Plan and estimate work, setting deadlines and milestones for project tasks.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand project specifications and contribute to proposal preparation.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Document module-level requirements from an embedded perspective.
- Drive detailed system-level design.
- Execute HIL testing, identify input datasets, and determine output variables.
- Develop control algorithms.

Contribution to Embedded Center of Competency (CoC):
- Identify and present competency requirements for upcoming projects.
- Lead competency improvement initiatives at the project level.
- Conduct training sessions at the departmental level.

Thought Leadership & Technology Leadership:
- Generate value through the development of reusable components.
- Support the marketing team in creating technology content.
- Contribute to patents, international papers, and conference presentations.
- Author and publish whitepapers and insights in industry forums.

Business Growth Contributions:
- Estimate efforts for modules from an embedded perspective.
- Assist in capacity building and recruitment processes.
- Participate in proposals and technical solutions.

Quality, Reviews & Improvement:
- Drive code quality at the project level.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and achieve defined quality parameters.

Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain direct responsibility for customer satisfaction related to technical execution and project success.

Financial / Delivery / Task Execution:
- Ensure billability and guide the team in completing assigned activities.

Education:
- B.E/B.Tech/BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
