Reports To: Finance Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for a meticulous Financial Operations Specialist to enhance our finance department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the organization's accounting functions, managing financial transactions, and ensuring adherence to US and PRC GAAP standards. You will work closely with external accounting partners and auditors, prepare and interpret financial statements, and manage budgeting, cost control, and cash flow processes. Your contributions will be essential in facilitating local financing requirements and maintaining precise asset management.

Core Responsibilities:

Accounting & Transaction Oversight:

  • Ensure compliance with US and PRC GAAP standards while managing the company's accounting operations and financial transactions, including financial entries and bank account oversight.

Collaboration with External Partners:

  • Engage with external accounting firms and auditors to guarantee timely completion of tax filings and annual audits, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and financial standards.

Financial Reporting & Insights:

  • Generate detailed financial reports and perform thorough financial analyses. Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, offering valuable insights.

Budget Management & Cash Flow Oversight:

  • Supervise budget management activities, including the development of annual budget proposals, monthly variance analyses, and necessary adjustments. Manage cash flow projections to ensure financial health.

Support for Local Financing:

  • Administer local financing initiatives to assist the sales team in meeting order objectives, ensuring alignment with financial strategies.

Asset Management:

  • Improve the management of asset acquisition, utilization, deployment, and disposal. Ensure accuracy and compliance with established asset accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience is required.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in corporate accounting systems and financial management methodologies. Proficient in preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Regulatory Acumen:

  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, with a comprehensive understanding of financial operations.

Software Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with widely used accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle Financial Services, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in Chinese is essential.
