Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Dave & Busters. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our games, simulators, and technical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games, simulators, and technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments to ensure our equipment and facilities remain state-of-the-art.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.
