We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our team at Technical People. As a Tool & Die Maker, you will be responsible for constructing progressive dies for metal stamping punch presses, interpreting CAD drawings, and collaborating on design reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build complex die components using CAD software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tooling solutions
- Assess press cycle times and tooling costs to optimize production efficiency
- Participate in design reviews to ensure tooling longevity and quality
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Entry-level tool & die apprenticeship or equivalent experience
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly base salary for this role is competitive, ranging from $24.00 to $39.00 depending on experience level. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
