This role demands an organized and self-directed individual with a quick learning capability. The selected candidate will spearhead all electrical engineering initiatives.

As a member of an early-stage organization, the ideal candidate must be versatile and possess a meticulous attention to detail, especially since our products are critical to safety.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Electrical System Architecture
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of microcontroller architecture and programming
  • Engage in circuit design
  • Design embedded systems
  • Conduct PCB layout and design
  • Oversee harness design
  • Perform FMEA
  • Assist in the integration of innovative technologies
  • Contribute to new product development
  • Support the service department with diagnostics and repairs
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to report findings
  • Integrate production system designs
  • Design test fixtures
  • Manage RF/EMI testing
  • Exhibit a passion for continuous learning
  • Focus on fundamental physics principles

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Exhibit confident humility
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in programming (C++, QT, Python)
  • Hands-on experience in robotics or drone manufacturing
  • Background in infrastructure, energy, GIS, or mapping/surveying sectors
  • Prior involvement with early-stage companies
  • Drone piloting skills
  • Possession of a Part 107 drone operator's certificate
