- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience in RF engineering, with a proven track record of successful project leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of RF technologies, testing equipment, and procedures.
- Familiarity with RF simulation software and a strong understanding of RF principles and theory.
- Proficiency in lab automation software platforms (e.g., Python, BASIC, C++).
- Familiarity with feasibility assessments and design of electrical systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage subordinates and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
