Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate strategically with various departments to align with company objectives and support brand initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a robust store leadership team from a diverse talent pool, ensuring optimal staffing levels across all locations.
  • Guarantee a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability in achieving district and company targets.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while aligning with the overarching regional strategy.
  • Address challenges related to sales, leadership dynamics, profitability, and team management, while fostering a consumer-centric culture through recognition and rewards.
  • Continuously coach and develop your team, promoting an inclusive environment for both team members and customers, while leading by example and establishing accountability.

Qualifications for Success

What you bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant multi-unit retail management experience, ideally within the footwear or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and train a successful team in a complex, multi-unit retail environment.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profitability goals.
  • Capability to set and drive aspirational objectives for your team while collaborating effectively as part of a successful leadership group.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with peers, corporate partners, and the business community to positively influence business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% or more), often with minimal notice, including air and overnight travel.
  • A formal education and advanced degrees are beneficial, but we prioritize your overall experience and professional accomplishments.
