Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Regional Director of Operations to join our expanding team. This leadership role will oversee multiple culinary accounts within the Mid-Atlantic region, requiring extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement culinary strategies across various locations.
- Manage the opening of new business opportunities.
- Travel extensively (up to 80%) to oversee operations in assigned areas.
- Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Senior Living.
- Ensure the operational success and profitability of each account.
- Direct training and development initiatives for staff.
- Engage in new business development activities, including surveys and presentations.
- Evaluate and enhance unit performance across the culinary portfolio.
- Work closely with onsite teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for menu and program enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of culinary experience (preferred).
- 5-8 years of management experience (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience managing multiple food service accounts.
