Position Overview:
The Retail Operations Leader will embody the essence of the Pandora brand.

In this role, you will deeply engage with our culture, values, and offerings while taking pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

This position provides a thrilling opportunity to actively participate on the sales floor, connecting with customers and collaborating with your team to boost sales.

As the Retail Operations Leader, you will mentor and oversee a team of Assistant Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Creating a high-performance sales environment that generates memorable experiences and surpasses customer expectations.
  • Embracing challenges and exceeding commercial objectives and KPIs, setting new benchmarks for success.
  • Building, guiding, and motivating a talented team, instilling a sense of accountability for both individual and store performance through timely feedback and support.
  • Collaborating with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and address any performance challenges and policy adherence.
  • Leveraging your expertise across various domains (talent, brand, operations, and customer experience) to ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising standards, operational efficiency, and ongoing team development.

Qualifications:

  • A results-driven leadership approach with 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Manager in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to connect with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong business insight and analytical capabilities that yield positive outcomes.
  • A talent for recruiting, nurturing, and developing exceptional teams, with an emphasis on succession planning and internal growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Eligibility to work and provide proof of identity.
  • A flexible schedule that accommodates evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
