Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Regional Retail Operations Manager to become part of our expanding team. This role entails overseeing revenue management, ensuring customer safety, education, and team engagement across all dispensaries in the designated region. The successful candidate will provide leadership that guarantees consistent service to our clientele while aligning with Vireo's short-term and long-term objectives. This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Retail.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by enhancing both external and internal customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams and the EVP of Retail to maintain sufficient stock levels in all dispensary locations.
  • Provide insights on product quality to the Manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Develop and implement market strategies by analyzing competitive landscapes and business trends.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to dispensaries and customer complaints.
  • Manage staff by supervising Dispensary Managers and overseeing delivery and pharmacy operations.
  • Foster a market culture that emphasizes superior customer experiences.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives that promote patient engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure staffing plans align with corporate strategies through effective recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including reviews and development plans.
  • Coordinate efforts to align online and retail operations with the Ecommerce team.
  • Participate in team member assessments and schedule management for retail locations.
  • Motivate and recognize team members to cultivate a positive team spirit.
  • Communicate effectively and transparently with all stakeholders.
  • Share relevant information with corporate teams and provide feedback on customer responses and product performance.
  • Assist in planning and evaluating staffing and operational hours for dispensaries.
  • Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations across all dispensaries.
  • Implement key programs aimed at increasing sales and patient engagement.
  • Participate in necessary recordkeeping and reporting for state compliance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management are required. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

At least 2 years of experience in multi-unit retail management is necessary.

Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time as required.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Adaptability to changes in the work environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills in training, coaching, and developing team members.
