Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company’s long-term goals, emphasizing growth and shareholder value.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to the board and stakeholders, offering insights on market trends and competitive dynamics.
  3. Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  4. Oversee financial performance in collaboration with the CFO, ensuring robust financial planning and analysis.
  5. Drive expansion through strategic acquisitions and partnerships, conducting thorough evaluations of potential opportunities.
  6. Ensure compliance with legal standards and uphold ethical conduct across all operations.
  7. Champion technology-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  9. Promote a data-driven, customer-centric culture within the organization.
  10. Facilitate innovation by leading corporate teams and nurturing external partnerships.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years as a CEO or President, with 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in the automotive or retail multi-site services sector.
  • Proven experience in managing a successful multi-brand, multi-geography business.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on inspiring diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building stakeholder relationships.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications are highly regarded.
