About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our sales and growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet assigned targets for revenues through and with channel partners
  • Drive onboarding and activating new partners, ensuring their teams are enabled, equipped, and motivated to sell, market, deploy, and support the Mastercard offering within established timeframes
  • Engage Mastercard resources and stakeholders in support of partnership objectives and sales opportunities, including direct sales, product liaisons, marketing, and more
  • Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines, conduct win/loss analysis, and develop account penetration strategies to identify and build new sales opportunities
  • Work with high-performing and high-potential partners to develop annual joint business plans, defining strategies and activities to meet revenue goals, and review progress in quarterly business reviews
  • Provide partner and market feedback to internal functions, such as sales, product, and marketing, on tools and programs
  • Assist in field marketing activities, such as staffing trade show booths and delivering sales presentations
Requirements
  • At least seven years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or sales in data and tech companies
  • Experience managing major customer/partner relationships to drive growth, maintain transparency, trust, and collaboration
  • Experience developing and managing joint business planning with partners
About You

You should also be a fan of working with people, both internally and externally, and be comfortable approaching new people to pitch our solutions.

You should be commercially oriented, always looking for the next big opportunity, and a great listener and collaborator who is humble enough to keep learning from internal teams and external subject matter experts.
