We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director of Academic Partnerships to join our team at Academic Partnerships. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with regional universities to increase access and impact through online education.
Key Responsibilities- Market and Promote Online Programs: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote online advanced degree programs offered by our university partners.
- Territory Management: Successfully manage a territory to increase brand awareness and interest throughout the state, achieving monthly lead, application, and enrollment goals.
- Recruiting Events: Organize and facilitate 12-15 recruiting events (information sessions) each month to engage with potential students and promote university programs.
- Marketing Campaigns: Introduce and leverage the roll-out of marketing campaigns to expand the territory and establish new partnerships.
- Social Media and Community Engagement: Utilize social media tools to expand recruiting efforts and promote university program offerings.
- Industry Trends and Insights: Expand knowledge of regional and national programmatic and workforce trends and effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience or healthcare industry-related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in hospital/healthcare sales and higher education, successful management of a large geographic sales territory, and track record of highly competent organizational and time management skills.
- Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs, proficient with using Microsoft applications, CRM/Salesforce, and other systems.
