About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) team. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and customer adoption across your given territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including Technology Partners (ISVs), Systems Integrators (SIs), and Solution Providers (Valued-Added Resellers).
  • Collaborate with AWS sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners on AWS solutions and services.
  • Work closely with Partner Solution Architects (PSAs) to ensure partners deliver quality results.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with partners through account management, product management, program management, and/or business development engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
