About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our cloud computing business through strategic partnerships with leading system integrators (GSIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and market adoption of AWS cloud computing services through our GSI partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GSI executives, sales teams, and customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, marketing, and technical enablement.
  • Develop and manage programs to drive partner sales revenue growth, including pipeline development, business reviews, and sales enablement.
  • Evangelize AWS cloud computing services and solutions to GSI partners and customers, highlighting the value proposition and competitive differentiators.
  • Work closely with AWS product teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with AWS sales teams, customer success teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partner sales strategies.

The AWS Consulting Partner Center of Excellence (COE) is a group within AWS that supports a set of globally prominent system integrators, establishing key programs, learnings, and capabilities to better support our global partners.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
