About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as an Associate Executive Director, where you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our Academic Partnerships division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase brand awareness and interest in our online advanced degree programs among regional universities.
  • Territory Management: Successfully manage a large geographic sales territory, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Recruiting Events: Organize and facilitate 12-15 recruiting events (information sessions) each month to achieve monthly lead, application, and enrollment goals.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Introduce and leverage the roll-out of marketing campaigns to expand the territory and establish new partnerships.
  • Social Media: Utilize social media tools to expand recruiting efforts and promote the university partner's program offerings.
  • Trend Analysis: Expand knowledge of regional and national programmatic and workforce trends and effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience or healthcare industry-related experience.
  • Experience: Preferred: 2 years of experience in hospital/healthcare sales and higher education.
  • Skills: Successful management of a large geographic sales territory, track record of highly competent organizational and time management skills, and proficiency with using Microsoft applications, CRM/Salesforce, and other systems.
