Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to conduct maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. This role demands adherence to safety, quality, and customer service standards on every assignment. The position is full-time and will report to the Service Manager, operating from our expanding office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and equipment
  • Build rapport with customers to provide tailored solutions and services
  • Ensure a tidy and organized work environment, including the service vehicle
  • Engage in training sessions, meetings, and company events

Qualifications

  • Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license is required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Safety is paramount; candidates must possess a general understanding of safe work practices and OSHA regulations
  • Regular tasks will involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, and using hands for controls, as well as hearing and speaking
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, and navigate small spaces is essential
  • Must be capable of lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs regularly
  • Work conditions may vary with seasons and job scope, requiring outdoor work throughout the year

Compensation: Salary is based on experience, with potential earnings up to $45/hr, in addition to spiffs and bonuses. Top performers can earn over $120,000 annually.
