Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to conduct maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. It is crucial for this individual to uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards across all tasks. This full-time position will report to the Service Manager and operate from our expanding office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and equipment
  • Building rapport with customers to provide tailored solutions and services
  • Ensuring a tidy and organized work environment, including job sites and service vehicles
  • Engaging in training sessions, meetings, and company events

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license is required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Safety is paramount; candidates must possess a general understanding of safe work practices and OSHA regulations
  • Regular tasks will involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, using hands for controls, and effective communication
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, and navigate confined spaces is essential
  • Must be capable of lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs regularly
  • Work conditions may vary with seasons and job scope, requiring outdoor work throughout the year

Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience, reaching up to $45/hr, along with spiffs and bonuses. Top performers can earn over $120,000 annually.
