As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the installation of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with the installation manager to plan and execute installation projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train apprentices on the job, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including customer interactions, system configurations, and any issues encountered.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and leadership roles.
  • Active driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
