About the Role

Zephyr, a leading home services platform, is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Degree Heating & Cooling, a local brand business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and upholding our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to provide solutions and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.
  • Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and company events to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
  • Must prioritize safety as the primary job responsibility and have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk.
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces.
  • The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required.
  • The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons.
