Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Jones Street Residential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed successfully and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs, to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for residents.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a rapport with residents by providing superior customer service and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues before they become major problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in residential maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
