Position Summary:

As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that installations are executed with precision and professionalism. Collaborating with a skilled team, you will be responsible for the installation of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the field, seeking growth and support in your career
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on completing tasks correctly on the first attempt
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying maintenance advice to clients
  • Passionate about mentoring and guiding less experienced team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential clients
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems
  • Manage inventory and tools, ensuring the use of appropriate safety equipment
  • Provide mentorship and training to apprentices, fostering their development
  • Identify service challenges, procure necessary parts, and calibrate systems according to manufacturer specifications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical and logistical concerns
  • Perform all tasks with integrity and diligence, adhering to company policies and values

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant field experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Proficient with technology, including tablets and industry-related software
  • Experience in creating estimates for repairs and installations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret blueprints and manuals
  • Proven track record in installing and servicing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts as necessary

Compensation: Salary is based on experience, with potential earnings up to $35 per hour, along with additional incentives and bonuses. Top performers can earn over $120,000 annually.
