Role Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to carry out maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. It is essential that this individual adheres to safety, quality, and customer service standards in all tasks. This full-time position will report to the Service Manager and operate from our expanding office.
Key Duties Include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and equipment
- Building customer relationships to provide effective solutions and services
- Keeping job sites and service vehicles organized and clean
- Engaging in training sessions, meetings, and company events
Qualifications We Value:
- Understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license is required
Working Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Safety is the foremost priority; knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA regulations is necessary
- Regular tasks will involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, and using hands for controls, as well as hearing and speaking
- Ability to climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, and navigate small spaces is essential
- Must be capable of lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs regularly
- Work conditions may vary with seasons and job scope, requiring outdoor work throughout the year
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Compensation is based on experience, with potential earnings up to $45/hr plus bonuses. Top performers can earn over $120,000 annually.
