Position Summary

We are in search of a talented International Lending Compliance Manager to join our growing legal team. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to significant projects while ensuring our compliance with international lending regulations. Your expertise will be essential in managing licensing and regulatory obligations, which are vital for our continued success. Responsibilities will include overseeing license applications, monitoring regulatory requirements, and conducting regulatory assessments to ensure compliance across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-manage a global licensing initiative to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements while minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Assist regulatory counsel with product analysis and scoping for new offerings or regulatory updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting by gathering and standardizing data from internal teams.
  • Oversee all licensing processes, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, preparation of submissions, and upkeep of regulatory documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in international lending compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Bachelor's degree; paralegal experience is advantageous.
  • Understanding of lending regulations and financial practices outside the United States.
  • Experience in liaising with regulatory bodies and senior management.
  • Strong proficiency in operational compliance and regulatory efficiency.
  • Familiarity with NMLS, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, and Asana.
