Join Our Team as a Senior Commercial Lending Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned commercial lending professional to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate with local enterprises, delivering innovative financing options tailored to diverse financial requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design financing strategies for businesses generating revenues between $5-150MM
  • Promote bank services to prospective clients
  • Evaluate financial information to determine creditworthiness
  • Offer secured financing solutions for operational capital, acquisitions, and debt management
  • Set up and negotiate credit conditions and collateral stipulations
  • Cultivate relationships with sponsor groups, financial intermediaries, and other key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial lending
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Marketing is preferred
  • Strong grasp of commercial depository services
  • Exceptional credit analysis skills and knowledge of commercial documentation
  • Established network of business contacts
