- Oversee an examination program that meets our legal and regulatory obligations while striving to minimize impacts on business and product operations.
- Coordinate and manage federal regulatory examinations, working alongside team members to achieve satisfactory examination outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of all examination requests and inquiries, ensuring effective coordination with partners.
- Collaborate with partners and teams to clarify ownership and understanding of responsibilities.
- Identify and escalate issues to the team Lead and Regulatory Examination Project Manager, collaborating to devise solutions.
- Support planning and coordination for any remediation projects as needed.
- Schedule meetings with partners and teams to facilitate communication.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating sensitivity and promptness in addressing regulatory requests.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with federal regulatory examinations (FDIC, FRB, OCC, CFPB, etc.) and bank partnership lending models.
- Familiarity with lending regulations, banking regulations, and best practices in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Strong organizational, process, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate legal and regulatory obligations clearly across various disciplines and levels.

Full-time employee benefits include:
