Job Description

Job Summary:

Fathom Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Management Software Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Warehouse Management Software solutions to prospective customers
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Meet or exceed predetermined sales goals quarterly
  • Analyze the needs of potential customers and present appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with Marketing to define target segments, messaging and identify trends
  • Attend industry conferences and events
  • Develop sales strategies that support sales goals
  • Develop a solid sales pitch and present it to potential customers
  • Collaborate with team members across departments in support of sales efforts
  • Provide management with reports on pipeline, goals, competitive activities, and market feedback

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling Warehouse Management Software
  • Existing network of Supply Chain and Warehousing Professionals
  • Ability to conduct research on companies and prospects
  • Ability to connect prospective clients' needs with product and service offerings
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Warehouse and Logistics Industry preferred
  • Experience selling software preferred
