  • **Dispose of Waste:** Gather and empty trash, consolidate trash for weekly pickup, and maintain a clean and organized waste disposal area.
  • **Maintain Restrooms:** Clean and restock restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and paper products.
  • **Monitor Building Security:** Perform tasks such as locking doors after operating hours to ensure building security and safety.
  • **Move Equipment and Supplies:** Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or using hand trucks.
  • **Notify Management:** Inform management of any major repairs or additions needed to building operating systems.
  • **Perform Snow Removal:** Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas using snow blowers and shovels, and apply snow melting chemicals as needed.
  • **Set Up Events:** Assist with setting up and removing decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding for events such as banquets and meetings.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with stand-up electric forklifts and commercial cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
