Job Title: Sales Director
Job Summary:
ViaOne Services is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the cable industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of home internet and cable services and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Recruit, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set realistic and achievable sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster positive relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and address escalated customer issues.
- Product Knowledge and Market Insight:
- Stay informed about the latest cable services, technologies, and industry trends.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on sales achievements and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the telecommunications or cable industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with cable television, internet, and phone services.
