Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

ViaOne Services is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the cable industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of home internet and cable services and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
    • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set realistic and achievable sales goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster positive relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and address escalated customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge and Market Insight:
    • Stay informed about the latest cable services, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on sales achievements and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the telecommunications or cable industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with cable television, internet, and phone services.
