Sales Director

About the Role:
Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Sales Director. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed budgeted revenue and gross profit projections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Participate in fiscal year business planning and measure the success of cross-business line sales
- Identify problem areas and advise executive management on potential solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of sales and leadership experience
- Leadership skills, including planning, goal setting, resource allocation, negotiation, team management techniques, and group problem solving
- Proven success in selling digital office equipment and software solutions
