Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dedicated sales team focused on the Industrial Channel Distribution. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and overseeing distributor partnerships at the regional level.
Core Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary liaison for distributors, advocating for and marketing our comprehensive product offerings.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets and net contribution margin within your designated region.
- Facilitate training and development for distributor partners on our extensive product range.
- Conduct regular business evaluations to enhance and solidify partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to provide support to distributors and end-users.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the Industrial or Packaging sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
- Capability to think strategically while managing multiple tasks effectively.
