New Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager

West Direct Oil is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable business growth in the petroleum industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers to secure contracts and meet sales targets.
  • Guide the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on company criteria, leveraging industry knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Stay informed about products and services to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
  • Present to decision-makers and submit proposals that showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Work with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance the company's brand reputation in the industry.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience in the petroleum industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals at senior management level, with a proven track record of success.
  • College degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience in relevant industry sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of the petroleum industry.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
