Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and oversee subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct on-site estimates with potential clients or virtually as needed.
- Provide accurate labor and material estimates, submitting quotes to clients promptly.
- Follow up on all quotes systematically to secure approvals.
- Schedule projects in alignment with management directives.
- Collect necessary deposits prior to project commencement.
