Job Overview

Medsurg Sales Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the medical sales industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling capital equipment and solutions to hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell capital equipment and solutions to hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, healthcare)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital capital or service solution sales to department heads and C-suite
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
