Position Summary:
As a market leader in medical aesthetics, Cynosure boasts over 25 years of experience in developing, manufacturing, and marketing products for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and healthcare professionals.

Our extensive product portfolio encompasses various categories, including skin revitalization, body contouring, hair removal, and women's health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support all representatives and products within a designated territory to meet sales goals.
- Achieve both individual and team sales objectives across all product lines.
- Assume a leadership role within the territory; assist in closing business opportunities.
- Address daily inquiries and issues from representatives and customers.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on budgeting and logistics for events and programs.
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts for all product lines.
- Drive purposeful prospecting efforts within the region.
- Assist the RSM in recruiting and onboarding new sales professionals.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, deliver technical information, demonstrate products, and provide pricing.
- Manage account development and territory oversight.
- Maintain accurate records of potential customers and competitive insights.
- Gain product knowledge through training and competitive analysis.
- Participate in company workshops and training sessions.
- Exemplify and promote the "Exceptional Everyday" ethos.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science preferred
Experience: 5-10 years in capital equipment sales, preferably in the laser industry or B2B sales; minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple sales representatives effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of timely task completion.
- Creative problem-solving and time management capabilities.
- Demonstrated sales achievements in a capital equipment context.
