Descripción del Trabajo:

El Coordinador de Oficina es responsable de todas las funciones asociadas con la recepción, incluyendo la bienvenida a los pacientes, la atención telefónica y el mantenimiento del flujo de pacientes.

Responsabilidades:
  • Atender el teléfono y responder adecuadamente, dirigiendo la llamada a la persona correcta o tomando un mensaje.
  • Recibir a los pacientes a su llegada e iniciar la completación de los formularios requeridos.
  • Mantener un área de oficina limpia y ordenada, incluyendo la sala de espera y la cocina. Esto incluye revistas, periódicos, basura, etc.
  • Llamar a los pacientes para confirmar citas y hacer seguimiento con aquellos que llegan tarde o no asisten a su cita.
  • Mantener el horario y comunicar cambios al personal de la oficina.
  • Actualizar la base de datos de computadoras y los registros de inscripción.
  • Mantener los suministros de oficina y de cocina, y ordenar/comprar según sea necesario.
  • Mantener archivos de formularios, incluyendo consentimientos, exámenes físicos y archivos de exámenes neurológicos.
  • Utilizar y mantener el equipo de oficina de manera adecuada.
  • Distribuir cheques para gastos de pacientes según corresponda.
  • Recibir y distribuir el correo.
  • Programar pruebas externas según sea necesario, incluyendo tomografías computarizadas y radiografías.
  • Enviar faxes y hacer copias según se solicite.
  • Solicitar registros médicos de oficinas externas según sea necesario.
  • Realizar archivo general.
