· Customer Interaction: Engage directly with clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

· Job Processing: Manage job requests received from various sources, including captains and clients, which involves creating work orders and assigning them to technicians.

· Captain Dispatching: Efficiently dispatch captains to their respective assignments.

· Order Logging: Maintain a comprehensive log of all issued job orders.

· Discrepancy Reconciliation: Address and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.

· Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports to track operations.

· Daily Coordination: Oversee daily service activities, including preparation, service calls, updates, and follow-ups, while maintaining an organized schedule for all captains.

This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience with two-way radio operations is considered an advantage.
