Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Office Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Neurodiagnostics. As a Medical Office Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, check them in and out, and ensure they are directed to the correct healthcare provider.
  • Patient Records Management: Manage patient records using our electronic medical record system.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule future/follow-up appointments based on patient needs and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
  • Insurance and Billing: Check and correct insurance information, work with the back office team for insurance and billing questions, and obtain insurance information when missing.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare team members.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily scanning, organizing, and sorting mail, and maintain a clean and positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in email and electronic medical record systems, and advanced skills with using G-suite and remote work technologies.
  • Personal Qualities: High energy, positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work hand-in-hand with remote back office teams.
