Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager, CRM (Independent Contractor) to join our Digital Marketing & CRM Team. This role is crucial for overseeing and enhancing our CRM initiatives, which are vital for maintaining relationships with our stakeholders, including partners and community organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing technology and CRM, along with exceptional project management capabilities. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing CRM projects (features, optimization, adoption, data reports, dashboards), collaborating with the CRM team to achieve performance targets, and promoting Salesforce utilization across the organization. The successful candidate will be proactive, capable of driving change, and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.

This position is offered as an independent contractor role, with an anticipated engagement duration of approximately 12 months, and the potential for extension. Compensation for this role is set at $10,000 monthly, disbursed semi-monthly. The position is also open to being fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the CRM Program through strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on business processes, data structures, and operational practices.
  • Promote Salesforce user adoption by monitoring system usage and developing user training and communication strategies.
  • Educate and guide staff on effective CRM system usage.
  • Maintain project knowledge bases using platforms such as Asana and Smartsheet.
  • Create and oversee the master plan and calendar for CRM and data activities to ensure timely progress.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including plans and status reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM strategy, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as CMS, Email Marketing Automation, and Digital Asset Management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and intermediate custom features.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in presentation software and effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of staff.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
  • Proven experience in implementing marketing technologies, particularly Salesforce.
  • In-depth understanding of the marketing and digital technology landscape.
  • Successful management of complex, cross-functional projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
