About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Neuberger Berman Group LLC. As a Senior CRM Administrator, you will play a critical role in driving adoption and maintaining support for our global CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our North American Intermediary channel, handling user maintenance, dashboards, reports, list views, layout updates, workflows, and other configuration tasks.
  • User Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training curriculum, tools, and collateral to drive overall adoption of our CRM platform.
  • Support and Liaison: Provide support for channel users, investigating issues, and acting as a liaison between our users, vendors, and technology teams to coordinate resolutions.
  • Data Integration: Interface with data teams on automatic data feeds into CRM, monitor feeds to ensure they are performing as expected, and investigate cross-system issues.
  • Mass Data Uploads and Clean-ups: Conduct or coordinate mass data uploads and clean-ups as needed.
  • Business Analyst Expertise: Provide business analyst expertise, identifying business needs, documenting requirements, and working with IT and global CRM product owner to determine solutions.
  • Project Management: Assist with the evaluation, scoping, configuration, testing, and release management for projects to meet channel needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, business, statistics, or computer science preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Understanding of and experience with the Asset Management industry, and specific understanding or experience with the NA Intermediary (Retail) distribution channel.
  • Technical Skills: 3+ years' experience with CRM Administration, 2+ years' experience with Lightning, and experience with automated data feeds required.
  • Professional Experience: 6+ years' professional experience, preferably within asset management.
  • Certifications: Certifications (ADM201, ADM211) preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and self-starter with proven initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a broader team.
