Job Overview

As a pivotal member of Happier People Management, the CRM Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing member acquisition, engagement, and retention across our community and membership initiatives. This position requires a keen focus on data integrity and integration, necessitating close collaboration with various departments to ensure CRM strategies align with the organization's overarching objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the daily functions of member acquisition and community-focused CRM processes within Happier's CRM management system.
  • Design and manage CRM pipelines, stages, and workflows to optimize efforts in member and community engagement and retention, ensuring timely and precise communications.
  • Execute daily CRM tasks, including account management, database oversight, and data reporting.
  • Ensure the CRM platform is integrated within the broader organizational data framework to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide technical assistance and ongoing training to users to enhance CRM system utilization and effectiveness.
  • Work in conjunction with membership and sales teams to synchronize CRM strategies with overall program objectives.
  • Produce and disseminate reports to inform management and executives about database performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CRM vendors to improve system workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on CRM best practices and industry trends, communicating insights and recommendations to membership teams for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and design effective workflows.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually, determined by various factors including prior experience and relevant skills.
